                                            MONDAY THRU  THURSDAY             5:00pm-6:00pm  – Combination Class  
                                             MONDAY THRU THRUSDAY            6:30-7:30   HOT YOGA FLOW
   Combination class includes:   Cardiovascular, strength training, Yoga, and Stretch

    Just purchased Groupon. Would like to attend class Monday at noon. Please advise, as there is no opportunity to leave message on phone.

    I just purchased the Groupon as well. Is it too late to sign up for the class at noon tomorrow? I would also like to come to the works Tuesday at 5PM. Just let me know. Thank you!!

    I was thinking about the yoga classes. However, I have fibromyalgia, and my activity level is next to zero right now. Is yoga okay, or should I be looking into something else?

      Hi Jean,
      Thank you for your question. I think yoga would be a wonderful choice for you. I would encourage you to give it a try. If it does not work for you, I would be happy to work with you on an individual basis to prepare you for a group class. In all of my classes, I give modifications. So please feel free to try any class and work at your own pace.
